Courtney Millerick
Growing up in a family of educators, including her mom and her grandmother, she knew she wanted to be a teacher from any early age.
Courtney received her degree in education from the University of Vermont and also has a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. During her teaching career she has taught kindergarten, first grade and fourth grade. The majority of her time has been spent in first grade.
This is her third year at Green Street school after spending the last 17 years at Vernon Elementary School. She had a wonderful time at Vernon, but she is very excited about all the great things happening at Green Street and that she is able to be a part of them.
Courtney and her husband both grew up in the Brattleboro area and knew they wanted to return here after college to raise their family. Their daughter is a junior in college and their son is a senior in high school.
